IGT Released King of Macedonia Slots with Extra Large Wild Symbols
IGT have just released King of Macedonia slots, a game based upon Philip II who was the King of Macedonia from 359BC to 336BC and was the father of Alexander the Great.
It is a 5 reel slot with 3 rows and 40 fixed paylines. The reels are adorned with swords and behind them you can see the Macedonian countryside. The symbols are all theme related and include the queen, a horse, a helmet, a jewellery box, a cup, an amphora, a harp and a scroll.
King Philip is the wild symbol. He can land on reels two and four but when he lands he is two reels wide. He will substitute for all the other symbols except the golden shield bonus symbol. When the golden shield lands on reel one and there are no wilds on the reels a multiplier of 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x is applied to any wins from that spin.
If you land the golden shield on the first reel and a Philip wild anywhere else on the reels then you are awarded eight free spins. During the free spins the wild symbol is frozen in place to help you form as many wins as possible.
King of Macedonia has a betting range of £0.80 up to £240 per spin. There is a top payout of 200x for landing five of the queen symbols. The horse can payout up to 150x, the helmet and jewellery box up to 100x, and all the remaining symbols can payout up to 50x.
